ENTRUST LEASING
- The "entrusted lease" means a company that is qualified as a lessor, accepting the funds of the client or the subject matter of the leasing, and entrusted to the lessee designated by the trustor for the financial leasing business. During the term of the lease, the ownership of the subject matter of the lease shall be owned by the principal and the lessor shall only be charged a fee and shall bear no risks. After the lease expires, the subject matter of the leased property may be transferred to the lessee or may not be transferred to the lessee.
