- The core business of Aviation Department is to provide operating lease of aircrafts and a full range of asset management services to global airlines. Setting up Aviation Department is a vital strategic measure of the Ping An Group to enter large assets investment and financing market by allocating assets around the globe. At the same time, it is the only aircraft leasing business with strong background of investment and insurance; the financial strength it possesses will support rapid and sustainable development of the business. With the license from the Ministry of Commerce, the capital structure is more flexible and independent. The business team consists of professionals with rich experience in aircraft leasing, airlines and civil aviation manufacturing.

Supported by insurance capitacatering aircraft leasing business, we have capability of handling large deals.
Ping An as a major insurance group provides strong capability of risk underwriting, including existing exposures in such aviationrelated areas as property insurance, aviation accident insurance, fleet and liability insurance.
Our business synergy, supported by a diversified product portfolio within the Group, is able to provide one-stop financial service solutions to airline customers including corporate finance via Ping An Bank, structured finance via Ping An Trust, and investment banking via Ping An Securities.
We offer products including purchase-lease-back, PDP financing and purchase of surplus capacity to airline customers. We have strong investment appetite for young aircraft with lease attached.
We provide financial investors with solutions of commercial jets investment, management and trading. For airlines’ corporate finance requirement, we are the aviation specialist business unit of Ping An Group.
