- The Corporate Financing Business Unit is mainly dealing with the basic industries and bulk raw material industries closely related to the development of national economy and aiming at state-owned key enterprises, domestic leading enterprises, regional key enterprises and listed companies. It takes the chemicals, building materials and transportation facilities as the major operational goals, and it keeps on generating new industry sectors and new business modes. It provides all-round financing services in aspects of equipment procurement, infrastructure construction, upgrading of industrial structure and optimization of the supply and marketing chain; it explores abundant industrial channels and financial resources of Ping An Group as well as innovates the business modes, providing key customers and enterprises in new economic areas with diversified fund and product services.
PRODUCTS&SERVICES
Direct financing lease: providing 3/5-year fund plans for the enterprises, enabling them to purchase new equipment.
Sale-lease back: efficiently using inventory assets and providing 3/5-year medium- and long-term fund plans for the enterprises, for improved enterprise liquidity.
Joint leasing: providing enterprises with funds by working with other leasing companies so as to meet demands for huge amounts.
Factoring: efficiently using credit receivables to speed up the asset turnover.
Entrusted leasing: providing enterprises with financing leasing service by acceptance of engagement from other financial institutions.
Entrusted loan: providing medium- and long-term fund services if the enterprises have insufficient leased items.
